In most cases yes, with prior approval of the probation officer.  It’s important to consult with your probation officer, as there are some restrictions and requirements.

Yes, you may vote as long as you are not in the custody of a correctional facility at the time of voting.

You can contact probation at 218-733-2800. Be prepared to provide the name of the probationer and you will be transferred to the assigned Probation Officer.
